"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It's a small guest house with about 9-10 rooms. It's all been refurbished to look like it might have 300 years ago. It's so beautiful and quaint. "You have to pay extra for AC or even a fan. The power often is turned off. Wifi doesn’t work very well half the time. None of the sheets or towels seemed 100% clean when we arrived. One wall had paint chipping off it. The drain in the shower didn’t work very well. GOOD location and pretty cheap. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay it’s not bad."

"This is a lovely new hotel in Kathmandu. Spotless rooms and attractively maintained exterior and interior. Nothing to complain about and only good things to say. When the power went out several times, as it is prone to do occasionally in Kathmandu, the generator kicked in immediately. Heater worked well, for the cool nights. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Food at breakfast and dinner was great. So was the coffee. I will stay here again."
