"Pros: Surroundings (green, nature) is lovely. Super friendly host. Big house, the upper house is all yours which is very big! Big kitchen, well supplied. Very clean. Animals all over, for the kids (and me!) really amazing. A path through the woods to get there, which made it even more special. Comfortable stay. Good WiFi. So much peacefulness everywhere, we really enjoyed it. Stayed there for 2 nights, this could easily have been 4 :)"

"This is a very old house, with old furniture - it is well kept. It has a new clothes washer and dishwasher. The clothes washer leaked under the sink, and the owner came to try to fix it. It was pretty clean, although there were a lot of ants in the kitchen. There’s no air-conditioning, obviously, and it was very hot - it is hard to cool the house now unless you leave all the windows open, and there are no screens, so then a lot of flying insects come in. "This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"
