"Swimming pool closed for maintenance. Elevators were not functioning and in spite of begging for a room on the first floor, we were sent to the third floor! We advised them I have two torn meniscus and my husband also has ligament issue with his left knee, but to no avail. *****The cleaning staff was excellent, especially Legna, the supervisor, who went above and beyond to make sure all was well with us. The young lady at the dining room was also excellent! *****KUDOS TO THOSE TWO! "

The room was great - having everything one would need. The extra sink was a bonus. Staff were friendly. Everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again especially because the price was far better than the larger chain hotels in the area."
