"Dollinger's Motor Inn exceeded expectations.
The room was very clean, the bed may have had a memory foam topper which was beyond expectations of comfort. What isn't available for breakfasts at other motels is made up for with a large fridge and microwave in the room, with a 5-cup coffee maker – at least in the room I had. Parking was plentiful for one car per room.
Per other amenities, there's a supermarket next door to which you can walk. A half-mile or so east will bring you to Main Street with a few additional options for dinner to support local businesses.
Albion itself is about an hour or so away from Niagara Falls and Rochester, with Batavia a half hour south. If you're a runner or biker, the Erie Canalway Trail is about 1.5 miles away. Dollinger's is quite centrally located!"
"This was not a very good experience. The hotel was clean but room was hot and a/c was so loud unable to sleep with it on. The breakfast was
Pathetic. Un appetizing fruit, dry cereal and make your own waffles. My last morning there they had no coffee. She said she had to go out and get some and it would be 30min. On my second night there the fire alarm went off at 3:00 am. The bed was not the best. For what they charge for rates, you would expect better. I won’t be returning."
"My complaint was the last minute notice to us and hotel staff of parking lot being redone during stay and having to move to a gravel lot on other side of another hotel halfway through our stay. The front staff was very nice about it relaying the message they were given last minute but mixed messages were given to use by overnight and morning staff about being able to stay in main lot after construction people only blocked off part of main lot causing use to check out early day of check out otherwise we would have to take all our stuff and older dog around blocked off parking lot and 2 hotels to get to car to leave. Other then hotel was great they honored my call day before check in for 1st floor from for my older dog w mobility issues and staff was great"
"Well, it's a 2 star hotel and lives up to that billing. The room was clean and looked decent. The exterior needs more attention. It's the cheapest option if you want to stay in Brockport."
Lakeside Zen Spa Retreat - Sauna, Jacuzzi, Massage Chairs, Red Light Therapy
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great four-night stay and would definitely come back. The house is very comfortable and incredibly well stocked—everything we needed was already there. The owners were also super responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The deck was a highlight, with beautiful sunrise and sunset views, plus a great grill and plenty of seating. The massage chairs were fantastic, especially with the water view, and there were also high-quality games and arcade setups available. The neighborhood is quiet and the location makes it easy to get around. One thing to note: bedrooms are upstairs and bathrooms are downstairs—not an issue for us, but helpful to know.Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped place in a great location, with ideal hosts. Highly recommend."

"This was our second stay at the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The home has everything you need to be on vacation. From the kitchen amenities, bathroom, amenities, entertainment to include the Jacuzzi. The owner does a great job at communication, better than me! The location is just a few minutes from town, but nice and quiet. Friendly neighbors as well. Would love to stay again."
