Amazing Views, quiet location

Beautiful views of the ocean and north arm. Convenient location, short drive or walk to town. 3 bedrooms functional and nice open plan living with quality furniture. Needed more seating in lounge As there is only one chaise. Kitchen appliances need updating apart from fridge. Would benefit greatly with another shower in the large laundry (or at the very least another mirror)foldout clothesline on balcony doesn’t work, and some boards were badly rotted.place could do with extra cleaning attention on window sills
