There is a spa in our photos but is not an amenity guests may use. The pool IS usable by guests.



The Space:

Sunlight dances across the water as you step through the sliding doors onto the screened lanai, coffee in hand, the Florida air warm and easy. The private outdoor pool stretches out ahead, the spa catching the light beside it. By evening, the kitchen island fills with conversation, the TV pulls everyone into the living room, and the day winds down on your schedule, not anyone else's.



 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and five beds make this single-level home a natural fit for groups of up to 8. The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bath for a private, unhurried retreat. Two more bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while the fourth is set up with twin-over-twin bunk beds - ideal for younger guests or anyone who just needs a comfortable place to land. Three bathrooms keep mornings running without a queue. Bed linens, clothing storage, a washer, dryer, and iron are all included, making extended stays genuinely easy.



 

Living spaces

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is where the group naturally gathers. Meals, movies, late-night conversations - the layout keeps everyone in the same space without feeling cramped. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the temperature right no matter what Florida decides to do, and an indoor fireplace adds a warm, inviting quality on cooler evenings.



 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to proper dinners. You will find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The island adds casual seating and a natural spot to pull up a stool and chat while food comes together.



 

Outdoor living

The screened lanai keeps bugs out without closing off the outdoors. Beyond it, the private pool and spa invite long afternoons in the sun - note that the spa is not heated. Outdoor furniture gives you a spot to sit, slow down, and take in the surroundings at whatever pace suits the day.

Work & practical comforts

A dedicated workspace and Wifi make this home a solid base for remote work or relocation stays. Free parking on premises is included. Home safety features cover exterior security cameras - Ring doorbell, front and rear cameras - as well as a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, and a host greet is provided at arrival.



 

Sitting between Tampa and Orlando, Lakeland puts you within reach of theme parks, sports venues, and everything Central Florida has to offer - while keeping you in a home that genuinely feels like one.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home offers driveway parking and easy access to major roadways connecting Lakeland to Tampa, Orlando and surrounding attractions.



Lakeland’s central location makes it a convenient base for exploring both coasts while returning to a relaxed residential setting.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
