Very nice house, great amenities and location.

The Property manager was great with communicating check-in, check-out, and she was very responsive whenever we had questions. The property was well maintained and had many updates and amenities. We were very happy with our visit and wouod recommend this location to anyone visiting the beautiful area or Lakeland!

Nice house, lots of amenities

We really enjoyed our stay here over Christmas. Lots of amenities included, well stocked kitchen, and the dogs loved the fenced in backyard! It was too chilly to use the pool, but it was clean and well maintained. There was an urgent maintenance issue, but it was handled promptly. Debra was friendly and communicated well from check in to check out. I would stay here again.

Peaceful Rest

My friends and I had a very peaceful stay at this location. We work over nights and sleep during the day. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and allowed us to rest as needed. The pool was nice to relax on and even cooked on the available grill a few times.

Great Rental

My wife and I stayed for a week and couldn't ask for anything better. The property was in great shape after the hurricane. The neighborhood was quiet with a variety of restaurants all close to home. A grocery store just down the street which was convenient since my wife and I both love to cook. The host was easy to communicate with which made check in easy. The house was very clean and up to date and the pool was a nice added touch. Will definetely go back

Great Time at the Lakeland Escape

My 3 sisters and I stayed this Lakeland escape so we could visit with family who live a couple of streets away. It was very convenient for our trip's purposes. The pool area is great, but a little too chilly during our stay to take advantage of it. We all agreed our grandkids would love it. We ate at Fred's Market and Restaurant, which is very good country cooking. We also ate at Harry's downtown, when we went to the First Friday event - it was Mardi Gras, so very crowded, but still very enjoyable. The servings at Harry's are extra large, so it would be easy to split an entree. Overall, we enjoyed staying at the Lakeland Escape and would use it again when we visit Lakeland - it's a good location for day trips to a number of tourist attractions!

Florida Trip

Host was outstanding. Answered every question immediately that we had. There was a snack basket along with a bottle of red wine and wine glasses, which was very welcoming after a long trip. In the morning, we found a coffee nook in the kitchen with a Keurig with a wide selection of coffees to choose from. This lasted the entire trip. We had 1st floor laundry, which was very nice with new washer and dryer. Newer kitchen with new appliances. Everything that we needed was there. We didn't have to buy anything, even plenty of towels. Comfortable sleeping rooms. Plenty of space and felt at home. During my trip, I couldn't get my grandson out of the pool. All-in-all, our stay was very pleasurable and comfortable, considering we were there for family health issues. We will return. Thank you Debbie....

Our host Debbie was excellent! Easy to communicate, easy to accommodate our last minute change of plans to stay an extra day; she worked tirelessly to make it happen. The home was clean, everything we needed was there and it was very comfortable. Our Golden Retriever loved that she could run around the fenced yard - even if the dog next door wasn’t too sure about her. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable place. The house was exceptionally clean from top to bottom, which immediately made us feel at ease. The beds were spotless and very well maintained, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking and preparing meals simple and convenient. Although we weren’t able to use the pool during our stay, it was still very pretty and clearly well cared for, adding to the overall charm of the property. The neighborhood and the home itself felt very safe and secure, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this was a lovely, well-kept home, and we would absolutely recommend it to others and happily stay here again.This host was amazing with great communication!
