Peaceful 2-bedroom Tiny House with private parking lot in charming Lakeland

Escape to the heart of Lakeland where our charming Tiny House awaits. Nestled on 5 acres of tranquility, you'll experience the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat and easy access to local shopping centers just a stone's throw away. The Tiny House is furnished with a queen size bed and a king sized bed in the upstairs loft, kitchen, full bath as well as a designated work area. Take a refreshing dip in the shared pool or simply soak up some sun on the lounge chairs.

As you approach our property, you'll be welcomed by a long asphalt driveway that will lead the way. At the end of the driveway you will see the main house. About 75 feet after pulling in, the Tiny House will be located immediately on your right hand side. You can't miss it. Please park in one of the three available "Guest Parking" spots.

We have provided our guests with portable fans for each bedroom to help you get a good nights sleep. The main downstairs bedroom also has a noise machine if you prefer to sleep with that on. The stairs leading up to the loft bed can be tricky to climb up if you aren't able to use your upper body to "pull" up the steep steps.

The pool and hot tub are about 300ft away behind the main house and NOT beside the tiny house. You’re welcome to use the pool at anytime between the hours of 8am-9pm. The hot tub is the same temperature of the pool but can be turned on for an additional fee of $50. Please see more details in the listing.

Guest access
Guests can access our pool and hot tub by walking through the back yard. If possible, please let us know in advance when you would like to take a swim. If you are wanting to use the hot tub, we do require a 2 hour notice to get it heated up. Once it's ready we are able to leave it running for up to 2 hours. There will be an additional fee of $50 each time you would like us to run it.
