Nestled in the charming Lake Morton Historic District on Palmetto Street, this completely detached suite is just a five-minute walk from some of Lakeland’s best gems!

For those visiting local schools, Florida Southern College is less than a mile away, and Southeastern University is under three miles, making for quick and easy access.

Downtown is just minutes away, offering a variety of locally owned restaurants, bars, and shops. Within walking distance, you’ll also find the public library, art museum, Lake Morton, Mr. Fish, Peach House, Black and Brew and Pizza Odyssey and several other dining options.

- No Parties - no loud music - not party home - This house is a drug free, kid friendly house! - Do not smoke inside my house please
- I do have two permanent tenants in the main house / please don’t bother with them. They keep to themselves and hangout on their side of the fence.
- This is a very family driven neighborhood and district - No drinking outside - Park in the car port and or next to the house behind the fence.
