Since our reservation was canceled it is hard to judge. But the reservation process and cancellation process was terrible

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! We booked with them and after getting charged the day we were meant to arrive they cancelled without letting us know because they “didn’t have enough accommodations available”.
