Fully renovated 3 bed/2bath home on a private lake sitting on 25 acres in the country! Remodel was professionally designed and has a cool beachfront vibe. Lots of fresh air, open space, deer and other animals. Short drive to either Alabama or Mississippi State sporting events. Super family friendly with enough sleeping capacity for 12. Complete with fun outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, hunting and swinging from the 25 ft tire swing! Has fully functional kitchen and laundry room, has everything you need except the food you want. Home is equipped with wifi and 2 large screen tv’s prefect for streaming your favorites shows. Escape the weekend game crowds in Starkville and Tuscaloosa and relax in this little piece of country paradise!

Best VRBO ever!

This lovely home is just as advertised. Exceptionally clean, quiet, secluded in the countryside. Kitchen stocked with virtually anything you could want. Close to Columbus where there are plenty of eating/shopping opportunities. Highly recommend Zachary’s for a great lunch/dinner. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Convenient location with fully updated inside

The house was only 30 minutes from the Mississippi State football game we were in town for and offered a lot of space for a reasonable price. We appreciated the comfortable, clean, updated furnishings, kitchen, and bathrooms. We would love to return here again in the future!

Ideal place for large families

Stayed here two nights for our daughter’s graduation in Starkville. Family enjoyed fishing and just being outdoors…house is big and spacious. Decor is nice and had a very homey feel to the house. Would definitely stay here again if need arose!

Great little getaway

Fabulous place

Such a beautiful home. Clean, everything we needed & more. Wish we were able to stay longer, it was quick stay while attending a BAMA game. Totally want to return to enjoy this area more, along with all the extras provided at the home. Such a peaceful place ❤️ So glad I found this property.

Short getaway

The updated renovations and modern decor made this place feel like a home away from home. Our group enjoyed the firm but supportive mattresses, the pillows and the extra soft and cozy blankets. The host supplied plenty of blankets, linens, towels and extra toiletries which was a great added bonus. The property is peaceful and secluded but a quick, easy drive to Columbus. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed here the night before my wedding at Bainfield Farm. It was wonderful! My bridesmaids and I got our hair and makeup done here to have more room and it worked out perfectly! Super convenient to the venue. I highly recommend!

Quiet and lovely

I really enjoyed this home and it’s location. Even though, we were looking for more tvs to occupy the kids… the lack of cellular service and peaceful country noise made up for it. I would definitely love to go back to this home again.

Amazing Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here. It’s a beautiful home and very well cared for. The location was nice and quiet and it felt like we were out in the country. Clean, pretty, and had all the necessities. Our map didn’t take us all the way to the driveway and we passed it initially, but the driving directions included made it very easy to find.

Amazing Property

This location was very beautiful. The inside is very nice and clean. Plenty of space for everyone that stayed. The lake is a calm peaceful place to sit by and relax. And there was a lot of outdoor space to play sports outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the host for being very responsive and generous.

Great property

The place was very clean and we had plenty of room. We loved staying here. Just a few suggestions… 1. Night lights for the bathrooms 2. Luggage rack in the bedrooms 3. Add a on at dusk, off at dawn front porch light for guests arriving at night. It is a great place and we had a lot of fun!

The property is located somewhat close to town but is out in a quiet location. The home has a beachy look just as others have described. The inside was very clean and amenities were abundant. We will probably book again, as we have family in the area.

Great Stay!

My family and I were very thankful for this house being available. We went to Mississippi to visit my wife's uncle who was in bad health. This house was only nine miles from her family. It was in a great location. Not far from anything shopping, food, fun. The house was very clean and felt like home, unlike at a hotel.

Fantastic

Such a beautiful home! The inside is so inviting and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting around the dining table and talking for hours. The living room was perfect for us to gather and enjoy each other's company as well. It was just like being at home. Beds were super comfy also. Property is a quiet and relaxing country setting, but very convenient to Highway 82 and 30 minutes to Starkville which was perfect for us to travel to the Egg Bowl. We will definitely be staying again.

The home was clean and decorated lovely. Loved all the blankets and the host was great with communication. My husband and I were in town to watch our niece play in Columbus. Two of our boys were supposed to join, but got sick so it ended up being a nice quiet couples weekend. The house is pretty remote so it’s very peaceful. Hadn’t had much rain so the lake was very low but it was still great for a nighttime walk. The few recommendations I have, maybe have more outdoor lights on if you know your guests will have a late arrival. Until you get logged in to their internet you don’t get very good cell service so screenshot the check-in instructions, but especially the door code. We had a hard time the first night, but with a little walking around we finally had enough service to get the code. While unloading our truck and taking things inside I bruised my knee on one of the patio tables because I couldn’t see. I would also suggest a little bit more lighting or different lighting in the living room. Last thing is maybe put the bedroom tv in the primary. We watched our iPad which worked for us, but some might not have that option. We will definitely keep this house on our list for the next time we’re in the area.

Family stayed here for a nearby wedding. Perfect spot. Roomy with large kitchen area- we brought in all of our own food. Very clean. Host very responsive when needed. Not much in the area, a dollar general down the street for emergency items. Gas not too far either but would have to drive for anything else. Our wedding venue was about 20 mins away. Worked well
