About this property

Waterfront vacation home

  • This is a perfect place to relax and have lots of good times. All the back yard and games are private for guests only. (See picture)There is no life guard on duty. The owners of the property, will not beheld liable for accidents, pool-related, sea wall, lake or dock accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. Swimming is not permitted in Lake as dangerous wildlife may be present and boat traffic poses a risk to injury.
    No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time at The Lakeview House.
    At this time, Lakeview House does not allow parties.. This is a residential neighborhood, no loud music, noise, or partying after 10 PM.

    While the neighbors are aware of The Lakeview Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.


    Guests must sign and return the Pool & Rental Liability Waiver 3 days prior to check-in.
