"Ive stayed here multiple times as it is the half way point on my annual summer road trip. Every time I have some sort of weird check in experience. The staff are highly inefficient, the word “efficiency” cannot even be mentioned in the same room as these folks. After 10 hours on the road all I want is a smooth check in, like less than 10 minutes, not a big ask at all. This, time after time has proven impossible at this property. I don't typically write “Karen” reviews but this was the last straw with this place. Spending a little more next time and staying at a place where the staff can read the room and their computer systems. If you can tolerate these kind of shenanigans or it’s your one and only time staying here, go for it. The hotel itself is just OK as in tolerable after a long drive."

"This property is a true little oasis! It’s a small farmhouse but is absolutely gorgeous. We travelled to Burley for a softball tournament, and didn’t want to stay at the local hotels around. SO glad we found this home on VRBO! It’s on the same property as a farm, that has a few cute animals around that will greet you as you drink your morning coffee on the porch. It looks small driving up to it, but comfortably sleeps so many! The master bedroom is GORGEOUS and SO BIG. It’s at the back of the house too, so we were able to get some peace from our kids in the other rooms. If you’re looking for a home away from home….pick this listing! You won’t regret it!"

"Rim was filthy. There was food from the last tenant in the. Refrigerator it was really gross and nasty.If found eminem's in my stepson's bad that did not belong to us.Found garbage all over the room that wasn't on ours.It was disgusting and filthy mess"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars! If you are driving through Idaho, I say skip Idaho falls and Twin Falls and instead stay in Heyburn! It's right in between the two towns so it's conveniently located, but, it's also more affordable. Not only that but this little Mom and Pop's motel went above and beyond far more so than any chain motel that I've been to in the last 3 years! I've been to motel 6, super 8 and Ramada quite frequently and I've never really been impressed. Beds are always old and uncomfortable. (REALLY uncomfortable in fact for Motel 6) A hotel I'll never stay at again. And motel 6 doesn't even offer accommodations beyond two bars of soap! This motel, she went above and beyond, sending me a welcome message before I even showed up. Then she greeted me kindly and professionally. They have great rates and the bed was so comfortable that I slept great for the first time on my trip! Not only that but everything in the rooms seems to be conveniently located. The TV in the corner so that you don't have to sharply turn your head to look at it in the center of the room. The nicely placed AC unit that actually cools off the entire room instead of just under the window. Honestly, if I go back through Idaho this is where we are staying again!"
