"Hotel was very nice. Best part of our stay was the helpful staff... they all went out of their way to be pleasant and help in any way possible. We applaud this. Main complaint is the noise in the rooms. There are lots of guest stomping around day and night/opening closing doors and the rooms aren't noise proof given the age of the hotel. It was not a very restful stay. Given this, the value for the price of the stay wasn't worth it."

"Nice location. A little tricky to find but it was great for a couple nights. Instructions for check in and directions made it easier. Occasional lights would go on and off but not a huge issue. Overall a really great place."

"Our trip to Lake Toxaway Falls was very enjoyable. We have been traveling for over 30 years and think the location and view from this condo is among the best we have seen in all our travels. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate. There is a beautiful view of the falls from the deck! The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the fact that there was a TV in each bedroom as well as in the living area. We have Verizon phone service, which was spotty in the mountains, but using the internet in the condo made calls and texting not a problem. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Owner is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed meeting and visiting with him - he is very knowledgeable about the area. Hope to get back on another trip to this area and will definitely stay here again!"
