"Just as last time, this property is amazing! The house is beautiful and is extremely spacious for our family of 4 dog. The host's communication and availability for any questions was superb again. For my family, this property is perfect as:1) We love freshwater lakes. This house has lots of toys (boats/paddleboards/etc.) to enjoy.2) I bring my bass boat to the private ramp, and the driveway has tons of room to store the trailer. The fishing has also been very good for me. Lots of largemouth bass, a few crappie, perch, bluegill, and even a smallmouth.3) Our dog is a member of the family and he is welcome at the Sunset Sanctuary.4) The hot tub at sunset is beyond gorgeous.5) Quiet, peaceful, and friendly lake neighbors.I really have only good things to say!If you forced me to be overly critical...- There were a few noticeable dings on walls/cabinets and a few stains on rug that the owner was aware of, but it's a very well maintained property.- Swimming off the dock is fun, but the lake is unfortunately very shallow and super weedy for 30 yards or so. My family is fine with this, but the weeds touching the bottom of your feet could be offputting for some.- The a/c and tvs are no trouble to work so long as you're at least a tiny bit tech savvy.- WiFi signal was ok to mediocre. Our Verizon cell service was struggling in the area.- Pricey, but compared to similar properties, it's fine.Overall, easy 5 and I want to return already!"

"This place has all one needs to escape. Quiet, peaceful, no cars or headlights. All you have to bring is food and you. The outside decks could probably be cleaned a bit better(lots of dead bugs), but otherwise on point. Communication with property owners was easy and prompt. Parking is tight if more than 1 car. Loved it tho. Wanted peace and quiet, 100% received it."

"Pros: Big house with nice water view. Host was fast at responding. Host allowed us to stay an hour past check out time due to an emergency we had ran into. I want to point out that the listing states A/C, however there is only one wall unit for the entire house, and then multiple fans provided. The entire house was 77 degrees for our 3 night stay. The house needs a good cleaning. The floors were very dirty, dust and cob webs everywhere. Broken items. We also wish that we were given advance notice that we wouldn’t have any cell service entering the community, as our GPS didn’t work and we couldn’t find our way to house. Had we known ahead of time, we would have planned to have directions printed out."

"We stayed for the week, house was cute- cabin, bear theme. House needs some updates but everything was in working order. Would have expected few more things in house like a broom. Overall it was worth it we love the hideout!"

"My family had a great trip to the lake house. It included myself,husband,2daughters and their children and the family dogs. The lake was great for fishing and the dad's and kids fished every available minute. We only had one issue.....it was so windy the day before we left and we lost power from a tree down on the power line. We made the best of it and went to Claws and Paws. Thank you Chris."

"It was nice and looked new. The lake view and deck were attractive. The beds were comfortable.I was disappointed in how close the bathrooms upstairs were to each other. To me, it's always nice to see a floor plan in the listing so as to avoid surprises. Also the master bedroom had no usable closet. The toilet paper there was very thin.And upon check out, it was confusing about which bin at the street you were supposed to put the trash in."
