"The room was nice and tidy, and the area was great. The customer service was extremely slow. We did not get an email about how to check in and had to call up to get access to the room. After 3 days of emailing around to various people, I finally got in contact with someone, but still yet to receive a check in email. There was also reference to a folder in the apartment that supposedly had check out instructions, this did not exist either. "
