"This was a lovely hotel in a GREAT location. Just a quick walk to restaurants, shops and a waterfront park. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. "

The seal tour was so enjoyable, even though we didn't see any seals, sadly. It's a shame we couldn't stay longer as there are so many activities on offer and many more interesting places to stay. Would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone. "

"Breakfast was plentiful and room was great in every way except for the automatic lights in the bathroom. They went on every time I moved and I had to turn them off probably ten times. I like a dark bathroom when I get up during the night and that was impossible. Otherwise great hotel"

"Very disappointing. Hotel deceptive on booking site as many facilities offered were not available. Definitely not ‘Nature’ Hotel. Hotel old building on busy road being renovated and was not finished. Rooms small and hot. Reception was 1k away. No staff on site except breakfast cook who could not speak English. Breakfast on first day was preprepared. Nowhere to leave bags after checkout. Towels thin and old. No bedside lamps, no kettle, no onsite cafe. However staff at reception were helpful and made numerous trips to hotel to solve problems, and Finnish cook on site did his best as well.staff went above and beyond their roles to try to make stay pleasant despite problems. Definitely not what was advertised on Hotels.com. And not worth the money. "
