- Welcome to my beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home. This uncluttered and cozy retreat features exceptionally comfortable beds and ample closet and drawer space. The finished garage includes laundry facilities, and the house is equipped with new air conditioning unit and ducts, and new appliances throughout. Enjoy a large steam shower, and various backyard outdoor amenities including a barbecue grill, patio lounge furniture, and a BBQ pit table for six on the back porch overlooking serene orange groves. The front porch features a charming porch swing. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and safe, and there's plenty of room in the large driveway for several cars, a boat, or a camper. For your peace of mind, Ring Doorbell security cameras are installed around the exterior of the home.
