Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences 3 Bedroom

Boat House 3 features three bedrooms each with a King bed. The lakeside master king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Two other king bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.  A/C in bedrooms only.

Boat House 3 boasts a private dock overlooking Mirror Lake, one of the best places to experience stunning Adirondack sunsets. The modern kitchen, great room and dining area overhang the lake with spectacular lake and mountain views. The kitchen is finished with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

The Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences consists of 3 luxury vacation rentals located directly on Mirror Lake across from Main Street, Lake Placid. These newly renovated residences were a popular restaurant for years prior to this conversion and opened as Vacation Rentals July 19, 2020. One can combine the Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences 3 with Residences 4 through an adjacent door, creating a 7 bedroom luxury rental. Or rent the entire building Residences 3, 4 and 5 for a total of 12 bedrooms!

The Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences share a beautiful beach with guests of the  Lake Placid Club Grandview Hotel. The beach is available the last weekend in June through Labor Day weekend Sunday 10:30am-6:30pm. The rest of the time the private beach is for the sole use of the Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences, however the kayaks and chaise lounges are not available when the beach is closed.

The Historic Lake Placid Club boasts 45 holes of Championship Golf, extensive mountain biking and cross-country skiing trail systems.

The Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences are operated by the Lake Placid Club Grandview Hotel and guests may enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub, as well as fitness facilities located ½ mile from the Boat House.

No pets allowed.



While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.



CHECK IN IS 4:00PM and CHECK OUT IS 10:00AM. We will contact you on the day of arrival with the door code as soon as the rental is ready.

This is a fantastic rental. The location is stunning. I knew it would be as I remember when the property was an actual restaurant. The views were as beautiful as I remembered. We rented it for the eclipse which we watched it from the dock. An experience we will remember forever. The unit was spacious, clean, and well appointed. 5 stars all around!

Spectacular Views

My only reccomendations are:1. Position the furniture so that the coffee table is useful. The couches and chairs are too far away. Not reachable with out getting up. 2. Place chair in the bedrooms. A place to put your shoes on. (A TV in the master bedroom would be nice as well. Otherwise, excellent.

Unique and memorable location

Unique location being a remodeled boathouse truly on and partially in the water. Great view, clean new remodel. Modern appliances and heating and plumbing. Easy across the street parking. Comfortable accommodations , bedding and couches. Great for a family or couple stay. Convenient to town. Would recommend and would return for sure!

King of Mirror Lake

Last minute weekend for the hard water season Walk across directly to dinner or shops, or just up the street to cobble hill. The view cannot be beat. We’ll be back.

It's the spot!

Had a family reunion with 26 (all ages) and this boathouse could not have been a better location or layout. Just ideal for seniors, infants and teenagers. All had a wonderful time and wished we had longer than a week. So much to do, so little time. We're coming back!!!!!

Fantastic Location & Views

The location and views cannot be beat! The property did need a quick floor sweep upon our arrival but other than that, it was clean and is kept well. It offers such amazing views of the lake and we LOVED that the main living areas had no curtains/blinds so that the views were always in plain sight. The beds were very comfortable and the property was extremely roomy. Having laundry machines on the property was a huge bonus and the kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed for the few meals we cooked. We loved our stay and will be looking to stay at same property upon when we return to LP!

Wonderful

Great location, very spacious and perfect for what we needed. The view of the lake was beautiful. Access to the pool at the hotel was a nice added benefit. The hotel is .8 miles from the house up on top of a large hill so, I would plan on driving over rather than walking (especially if you have kids). There are also no extra blankets at the property (the hotel might have provided them, we did not ask). If you are staying during colder months, I would suggest bringing some. Overall, we loved this property and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Property

We chose to visit Lake Placid for the cooler temps and scenery. Our family is from Texas and we wanted to escape the triple digit temps. I searched both Lake George area and Lake Placid. I came across this gem on VRBO and fell in love instantly. The views of the water are absolutely amazing! So beautiful, so peaceful! We came a few weeks before the summer season began and thank goodness we did. No crowds at all! No wait at any of the restaurants. Weather was perfect! Enjoyed our mornings and late evenings on the deck just taking the scenery all in. We rented kayaks and a canoe and were able to paddle on over to the boat house for drinks and bathroom breaks. It was perfect! There was a lot of construction going on in town, a lot!! But we didn’t mind it one bit. Unfortunately we only stayed 3 nights before heading to Vermont for 5 nights. If I could change anything about our stay, it would be the length of time. I should have booked for a full week. I have saved this property and info so we can visit again. The property host was very responsive to messages. We had zero issues with the property. It’s a a beautiful gem! Wendy Johnson Texas
