Three bedroom, three bath upper floor unit with great views!

This three bedroom waterfront unit is located on Horseshoe Bend off Carol Road, by the water at mile marker 2. This condo has a nice view of the water from the screened in deck. The master suite has a king bed, walk in closet, private bath with double sinks, along with access to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to the common bathroom located off of the kitchen.

When you walk into the unit, you will enjoy an open floor plan that looks directly out to the main channel.

The Falls complex has two outdoor pools, a tennis court, a basketball court and a small playground. The condo is located close to several local restaurants, a grocery store, several golf courses and different attractions.

This unit is a no-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.

What a beautiful lake home!

We loved this lakefront condo. Perfect location with easy access by car or boat to many of the lakes best attractions. The 3 bed/3 bath condo was very spacious and had a great flow. The large deck with the incredible main channel views was a key highlight. The mattress in the master bedroom was so comfortable we may go buy one for our home! Great host!

An exceptional getaway at LOTO!

My family and I have been going to the Lake for many years now, and we love being able to experience staying in condos at various mile markers so we can appreciate all the views and amenities the area has to offer. This was the first time we stayed closer to Bagnell Dam, and we loved it! The condo was very relaxing and stocked with all we would need plus some extras (ex: paper plates, condiments, cooler ice packs, beach towels - which helped since we were short two 😑). When we had any questions or concerns, the condo owner was quick to respond. The bedrooms were spacious and each had their own bathroom which worked perfectly for our family of 5. The beds were comfy and so was the sectional in the family room. It took a minute for us to get used to not having a tv in our bedroom, but we managed just fine! We made several meals at home (even though we had plenty of choices close by for dining out) and the kitchen was well equipped with all we needed to cook. Our favorite feature was the screened in porch with the fan - it was our AM & PM hangout despite being at the Lake w/close to 100 degree temps. The condo is at the top level of the complex so be ready to walk up some stairs. There are two pools & both are not extremely close, but you can walk or drive to them if need be. The lake is less busy in the area & there are a lot of coves good for relaxing/tubing/skiing. One more thing - if you want to experience a beautiful sunset, this is the place to be! Hope to come back!

Great Place to Stay at the Lake of the Ozark

We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The layout was perfect, and you can’t beat the views of the main channel. We even enjoyed watching the boat races! The owner was very responsive in answering any questions we had. Hopefully, we’ll have the chance to book this place again.

Serene condo

The unit is very well maintained and clean. You can tell the owner(s) prepared it well to be rented to us for the first time. The towels, sheets and comforters felt new and they were not inexpensive. The kitchen was well equipped and they had different flavor coffees for the keurig machine. Every bathroom had its own hot tools hair blow dryer, shampoo, body wash and color assigned extra plush towels. The terrace patio is screened with a gas grill. We didn’t use the grill because we don’t eat meat but it was there for guest convenience. The terrace was perfect to enjoy a cup a tea, enjoy outdoor breakfast, gather for drinks or have dinner with the family. On the lower level there is access to the doc. We threw our floating mat and enjoyed the lake at the end of the evening. There are 2 pools both have beautiful lake views. The location is perfect because by car you are at the heart of the action but by boat it’s off the beaten path. The units are owned by second home owners and it didn’t seem many were there to party hard but all were there to enjoy the lake and have a safe fun time. We definitely recommend this host she was attentive and always available, super helpful and very informative.
