Above the Lake Escape gives guests a private lockout suite within the Osage Vistas community near The Regalia Resort. Seasonal Hippo Pool access is available for a daily fee, along with potential access to Regalia's indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, bars, and restaurants. This suite is designed for guests who plan to spend their time enjoying the lake area, resort amenities, dining, live music, and nearby attractions.

Simple Private Suite Living
Inside, Above the Lake Escape offers a king bed, private bathroom, smart TV, and kitchenette-style conveniences including a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The space is best suited for guests who do not need a full kitchen or full living room but still want a comfortable, private Lake Ozark stay. It is a strong option for a shorter getaway, event weekend, or simple resort-area base.

Things to Do Nearby
Above the Lake Escape is located in Osage Vistas in Lake Ozark near The Regalia Resort and the Horseshoe Bend area. Guests can enjoy seasonal Hippo Pool events, resort bars and restaurants, and nearby nightlife. The Bagnell Dam Strip is a short drive away with shopping, lake-area dining, arcades, live music, and classic Lake of the Ozarks entertainment. Guests are also close to golf, marinas, boat rentals, waterfront restaurants, Osage Beach shopping, grocery stores, and year-round events around Lake Ozark and the greater lake area.

• Above the Lake Escape is the 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom lockout suite only
• This suite does not include the full living area, kitchen, laundry, second bedroom, second bathroom, or screened patio
• This condo unit is Lake VIEW, not Lake Front. Lake Access is not available.
• This condo is located on the ground level, and requires walking / stairs down from the parking area without an elevator
• Regalia Resort amenities, including the Hippo Pool, bars, and restaurants, may require a daily resort fee and are managed by the resort/HOA
• Hippo Pool access is seasonal and generally runs Memorial Day through Labor Day, subject to weather, events, and resort operations
• Community amenities and availability may change without notice due to maintenance, weather, private events, or HOA/resort rules
• The property includes access to the full condo and lockout suite when booked as The Wake Zone
• Parking in the numbered spaces requires a parking pass. 2 are available for this condo. A fine may be assessed if they are not returned after your stay. Trailer parking is not allowed.
• Grills (or open flames) of any kind are not allowed at this condo complex, however, community charcoal grills are available in the open community area with picnic style seating
• The property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
• One pet of up to 10lbs is allowed at The Wake Zone
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
•Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
