From May to September, we invite you to plunge into any of our five outdoor swimming pools that guarantee refreshing relaxation.

Our tastefully adorned condo is perfect for both work and leisure. The king-sized master suite comes with a private ensuite bathroom, a dedicated workspace, a smart TV, and direct access to the patio. The second room houses a comfortable queen-sized bed and boasts its own smart TV. The accompanying bathroom is a treat, presenting a soothing shower and bath combo, a chic vanity, and a toilet.

Convenience meets comfort here, as we provide an in-house washing machine and dryer. The large dining and living room area is perfect for bonding with family or friends, complete with a smart TV and stunning views of our nature-rich surroundings. Our fully-stocked galley kitchen won’t disappoint, equipped with a breakfast nook and a wet bar off of the dining room for your gastronomic pleasures.

Relish serene moments on our expansive patio, surrounded by lush trees. It`s an ideal spot for reading, lounging, or simply absorbing the beauty of nature. Plus, you`re only a few steps away from one of the five fabulous community pools. We welcome pets and assess approvals case-by-case with an accompanying daily pet fee.

Our location gives you easy access to the exciting activities around Bagnell Dam Strip. Enjoy tranquility and activity in equal measure at our scenic retreat!

PET POLICY:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $35 per pet applies.
House Rules:
Registration required: All guests & pets must be
registered and the rental agreement completed before
check-in details are sent.
Minimum age: Primary renter must be 25+ with valid ID.
