Calm Water Cove! Lakeside Family Home! 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, sleeps 10!

Perfect for vacations and family gatherings.

Calm Water Cove is located on MM 2 close to Bagnell Dam in Lake Ozark, MO in a quiet cove minutes from the strip. Less than ten minutes from restaurants, entertainment, shopping , mini golf and Go-Karts. Designed with families in mind. Four kayaks (one youth kayak), Lily pad, paddle boat and paddle boards, fireplace, WiFi and parking for three vehicles.

Large master bedroom with King size bed and pull out Queen Sleeper Sofa, sleeps 4. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom. Patio doors leads to a large balcony with a great view of the lake and seating for relaxing.

2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a patio door to the balcony.

3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and bunk beds, also located on the upper level. Sleeps 4.

A second bath/shower combo is located upstairs as well.

The main level has an open floor plan for entertaining, enjoy the fireplace and a 55” inch television. The dining room table seats 8 and a breakfast bar supplies additional seating. The kitchen has all new appliances, ample storage, and a large prep and serving area.

Laundry area has a front loading washer/dryer and is located on the main level. There is also an ironing board and iron if needed in the master closet.

Outside the French doors on the main level is a grill and patio seating for 6. The Martini deck, between the house and the dock, has additional seating and a large umbrella for shade option.

Calm Water Cove has three tiers of seating for your group to take advantage of the lake views!

Dock has 1-10x20 slip for your boat if needed (no lift). Boat ramp available across the main cove at Point Randall. On the dock there is a table for enjoying lunch, 4 kayaks (1 youth), float toys, Lily pad, life jackets, Paddle boards, and a paddle boat for relaxing and playing. The swim deck has 2 chaise lounges for sunning and Wet steps for ease in getting in and out of the Lake. Enjoy great fishing from the dock, swimming, and kayaking. Relax with a cold drink, feed the ducks, boat, fish, swim, and remember be safe and use the life jackets for you and the little ones!

Life Jackets are located in the dock box with a variety of sizes from child to XXL Adult.
