The home was perfect for our large ice fishing group—clean, comfortable, and just what we were looking for: a simple, well-equipped space with an open floor plan and multiple bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were neat and tidy, the kitchen was organized, and the house stayed nice an warm throughout the cold February.The fully stocked kitchen made preparing meals together easy and enjoyable, which our group really appreciated.Working with the owner was a breeze—he was responsive, and his directions for accessing the property were clear and straightforward.Overall, it was a wonderful stay. "Nice cozy, quiet place to stay! Host even shoveled around our vehicle after the snow storm. We loved the super hot water, amazing water pressure in the shower and large screen cable tv. It was clean and there were plenty of beds. The only thing that I’d mention is that the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but if that doesn’t matter too much to you, this place is great! The community was friendly and we had a lot of fun in Baudette! We’ll be back! "
