"Great location with many good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was adequate. Shuttle service was very good. The manager, Elizabeth was amazing, she went above and beyond to assist us. Only disappointment was the pool that was very small with one table and only a couple chairs. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again in the future before our cruise again."

"It feels like an old hotel that was renovated merely to look nicer, but this hasn't changed its underlying structure. The room, bathroom, and closet are not adequate for a family of four. When I arrived to check in, I had to wait because there was no one at the front desk. When I got to the room, there wasn't even any water available for me to drink. The breakfast is far too basic, with absolutely no protein options available. It definitely isn't worth the price I paid for the stay."

"The room was really clean. The nice cold and nice was good. The air-conditioning nice, cool the staff was super friendly."

"The carpet in the room wasn't very clean. Our coffee maker had no basket to make coffee . Our Body wash container was empty. WE had to ask to get someone to clean our room. The front desk girls were all excellent. We enjoyed the bottled water and cookies. The coffee shop was useful since we couldn't make our coffee in our room."

"Pictures online are NOT the real representation. Front desk lady was rude on the phone. Carpet is heavily stained. Hallways have a smell that they tried to cover with air freshener that only made it worse. Was charged a $45 early check in fee that wasn’t disclosed on their site. They’re are way better hotels in the area for the same price. Go with them!!!! "

"This property was in a great location for us and that was it! We walked in the room and it smelled like dog! We brought air freshener thank God! The rest was horrible! The bathroom was so dirty that we didn't shower! Bathroom sink was dirty and hadn't been scrubbed for a while,the tub had thick mildew around handrail and soap scum everywhere! The clock and charging stand and the phones were covered in dust! One more thing the fire alarm was hanging from the wall! I'm 68 years old and climbing on the bed to try and fix it! Icouldn't fix it so another lady 66 years old climbed up and she did fix it! The hotel booked a children's sport team and it sounded like a heard of buffalo running untill 1:00 am! Very unpleasant!"
