"We had an excellent stay ! The staff is kind and helpful. From what I understand the hotel has been recently redone. The bathrooms and the water pressure could use some work. I definitely recommend this hotel, you will enjoy your stay. Breakfast is better than in most 5 star hotels. Antipasti are served from Wednesday to Saturday on Patio. There again a very nice selection."

"Staff were very efficient and polite. Gave some good places to visit in Stresa. The room was very small, one small chair and no table. Had to use floor to place luggage and belonging. Not a nice room, regretted staying at this hotel!"

"We spent one night in Ascona. Our Hotel room had the most beautiful view we've ever had (it was a lake view room). Apart from the balcony, the room was a normal hotel room, nothing special but also nothing to complain about. Everything was clean and we were overall super happy with our stay. We would have stayed another night if our plans permitted. Parking is unfortunately not at the hotel though - it's in a public parking garage that's not directly next to the hotel."
