"I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had originally reserved was unavailable due to a maintenance issue. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I was then reassigned to a significantly smaller room that was not comparable to my original booking. Additionally, the condition of the replacement room was unacceptable, as it was not clean and did not meet basic standards. When I raised my concerns with the staff, I was informed that no other rooms were available, leaving me with no reasonable alternative. This experience was highly disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I expected. As a result, my stay was extremely unpleasant, and I regret to say that I will not consider returning in the future. I kindly request that you review this matter and provide an appropriate response. "The bathroom in our room smelled terrible, the woman who checked us in on Friday morning was unwelcoming and unpleasant, and there were stains on the bedding. It was advertised and cost the rate of a 4-star hotel, but it is a 3-star at best."
