Overall, great
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this property. The outdoor area along with the boat dock is where we spent the majority of our time. If you have a hard time with stairs, this is defiantly not the rental for you.
I only have 2 complaints and one of which is only controlled by the property owner. There is no cell phone service unless you connect to the wifi. Upon arrival at the designated check in time, the key code given to us was in correct. Without cell phone service, we could not make a call or connect to the app. Finally, a neighbor got home and allowed us to connect to their wifi. We drove 4 hours to this property and set outside of the rental for 2.5 hours because of the incorrect entry code.
Secondly, the dock is great but think twice if you want to bring your own boat. The city has a plethora of restrictions, permits, and restrictions on when non residents can even have a boat in the water. I wish that was made a little more clear in the property listing. You do not want to pull a boat trailer down any of the roads leading to the cabin!
With all that being said, once we got past the check in debacle, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The boat has has everything you need to play and relax.
