Clean but disappointing
The overall condo was clean and nicely appointed. The following is why it is rated 3 for cleanliness:In the master bedroom, one of the beds had not been changed and sheets had been slept in, the other bed had been made with wet sheets. Evidently housekeeping must wash sheets in condo and did not want to take the time to get them dried. There was no powder room in condo. The only bathrooms were on the second floor. Condo was not advertised as having one, it was an oversight on my part. The woman at check in did not check to see if the condo was ready. She automatically said come back at 4pm, even though we had received a text stating once on property stop and see if your rental may be ready early. We arrived at 2pm so were not extraordinarily early. In the condo, there were no instructions on the use of the three remotes as far as use of TV or DVR. Hoping this is useful information. Had housekeeping done a better job and the front desk been friendly and helpful the rating would be much higher. This is not a reflection on the rental property itself.
