Imagine sitting around a fire pit at the creeks edge roasting marshmallows and creating lifelong memories. Or enjoy the tranquil sights and sounds of water as you relax in rocking chairs on the deck or while soaking in the hot tub.

There's plenty of parking in the level paved driveway. Unloading your cars is a breeze, with only a few steps to the front door. Once inside, the spacious main level is open and inviting, with soaring vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. Almost everything is all on one level, keeping your group connected. The living room features ample comfortable seating around the stone gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Steps away is a large well equipped, eat-in kitchen with raised breakfast bar with everything needed for meal preparation making this your mountain home away from home.

All three bedrooms are on the main level. The spacious master suite has king bed, private bathroom, TV, walk-in closet, and doors to the water view deck. The first Guest room has a queen bed, TV, and windows overlooking the creek. The second guest room features two sets of twin size bunk beds. A main level full bathroom is shared by the two Guest rooms.

Upstairs is an open loft area that is a game room with additional sleeping. Here you will find a TV, and two futon sofa beds.

Outdoor living area is the true showcase of this home. There is a full length water view deck, divided into three sections: an open deck for enjoying the sun, a covered deck, and a screened deck. Here you will find the gas grill and hot tub.
