"When we booked our room on Jan 4 it was described that breakfast was included. Upon arrival was told breakfast was discontinued but the room price remained the same. Was told breakfast was available but it required a 20 minute drive each way. Disappointed. Plenty of parking. Internet and phone service spotty.Bar and restaurant closed. Staff at check in was wonderful."

"This place was exactly as described. It had everything and more than we needed. The linens smelled so fresh and clean, plenty of little extra touches to make the stay more pleasant, room for pups to run. Just perfect "

"Well there are NOT 3 Hot tubs at this resort as advertised. There is ONE. It is small and attached to an indoor pool, full of children, and closes at 8pm. Also there is a 7$ per day fee to use it and this must be paid at the time of check-in. There isn't an option to pay for using the hot tub or amenities pass for just part of the stay. It's all or none. I ended up paying 70$ for 3 of us for 4 days and only used the hot tub for about 1 hr the day that we arrived. I inquired about a partial refund but was told by the resort to ask the place where you check in (which is about a 5-10 min drive away) and was told by the check in peope to ask the resort. #TheRunAround I just gave up. What a waste of money that was. 😑 Other thank that the room was pretty clean. The place is a bit dated. The TVs are old and only use local cable without Internet or sharing/casting capabilities. The nearest stores are a good 20 min drive. We did have a good time tho, overall. And the jacuzzi bathtub in the room kinda made up for the hot tub issue.... But I wish I would have known that there was only one hot tub on site and about the hours and fees before booking as that was my gf primary request. Idk that I'd stay at this place again, but if so, I would definitely plan my trip differently knowing what I know now. Hope this helps someone else.."
