"Hotel is beautiful and restaurants met our needs perfectly. Clean, attractive, and spacious room. Bathroom was spotless and well-appointed. The round table and chairs were a great convenience. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Good lighting, lots of outlets and charging spots. I am a happy customer, but do have just a couple of suggestions: You might want to consider providing more than one luggage rack and add a few more hangers in the closet. Heating fan in 2215 is still a little loud even on the lowest setting -- you might want to have it checked. The duvet's warmth was absolutely perfect the first two nights, but on the third night the bed had been made up with fresh linens and for some reason it was so cold under the duvet that night, that after awhile, I got up and piled all my scarves, tees. and jackets over the duvet so I could finally get warm enough to sleep. It's a mystery -- the room temp hadn't changed from the first two nights. (Maybe the duvet had been laundered and was still damp?) Anyway.... my suggestion is that it would have been nice to have had an extra blanket or two available in the closet. Nevertheless, it was a great stay and I would do it again. The shuttle service is wonderful -- the drivers and every one of your hotel staff were unfailingly welcoming and efficient. Thanks! "

"Rated 5 stars for this being a cheap hotel. I travel a lot and look for rooms that are cheap but give decent experiences and this hotel was easy going and room was neat. Despite the cigarettes smell throughout the whole floor it was a great experience. Searched for dirtiness and bugs and could not find a reason to not trust to sleep in the bed. Hotels can be very deceiving but this one did a great job and front desk help and security were very nice throughout the whole time being there. Definitely a lower class hotel and saw many guests that could be perceived as sketchy but that is not within the hotels control. Hotel is maybe 5 mins from the Grove bars and within 10 mins from downtown. Would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely hotel, clean with friendly staff and a hot breakfast although limited. I really like the location. Lots of places to eat nearby or at a short walk. Highly tecommmwnd Bandanas one building over. Easy parking. "
