"We had a wonderful stay at the lake house. My granddaughters are already asking when we can go back. They were a little freaked out by the spiders and bugs but that's part of lake/county living. We loved them being able to swim right off the shore and it was shallow enough for them to play and have a good time. There was plenty of room for all of the kids and grandkids."

"The Lake House on Limestone was a fantastic place to stay, We had our family trip there and we had plenty of room for all 13 of us. We placed all grandkids in the top floor bedroom and then all adults had a bed downstairs. There was things for all of us to enjoy and do as a family, from swimming in the lake after jumping off the diving board on the dock to fishing from the dock and playing games in the house. We had a wide range of ages from 69-8. The teens, littles and adults all want to make this a yearly trip. The only thing is the closest store is 20 minutes away, so pack it in if you don't want to leave. The Host is friendly and very quick to respond to questions. LOVELY HOME away from Home!!!!"

"My family enjoyed this lake house. The kitchen had the supplies we needed, there was plenty of bedding and towels for everyone and the space was sufficient. Unfortunately the upstairs bedroom was quite warm and the window unit was able to catch-up between check-in and bedtime because of the July heat. After the first night it did cool off. Thankfully a new foldable bed had been added to the master bedroom area so the family that was to sleep in the additional room was able to fit into the main house. The back deck gave additional dinnertime gathering space. The kiddos enjoyed the paddleboat. The boat slip space was a little hairy but we manage in and out with no problems. The outdoor space was quiet and peaceful. Overall a wonderful stay."

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience! We enjoyed the peace and quiet that this location had to offer. Beautiful sunset view off Lake Limestone in a vintage train caboose!! Incredible! Attention to all the details did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this location for couples or a small family."

"We make an annual trip to Lake Limestone with our children and grandchildren. We have stayed at this house a couple of times now and it works out perfectly for us. Plenty of room and it is waterfront property with a dock so we always bring our boat. The owner is very accommodating and is easy to reach regarding any questions we may have. Definitely will book again."

"I had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was perfect for a solo retreat time - some of my highlights were kayaking, laying out under the stars, and just relaxing in the beauty of the lake! Even though there are other people around in the neighborhood, I could look out from the cabin porch and feel like I’m the only person for miles around because the trees and brush shield so well. Everything was clean and beautiful and I loved the Texas themed decor!"
