"Clean, quiet stay in Chisholm. Nothing too fancy, but everything was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was well-stocked with waffle-maker, eggs, sausage, cereal. Only complaint was the internet was super slow, but staff said there had been a recent power outage so that might not be the norm. Also important to note - there is no pool. There might've been a pool in the past and staff said they are unable to take down lingering photos from Google. Not a significant issue as I wasn't banking on having a pool, but just thought I'd share."

"Dated hotel but really not many options in Virginia, Minnesota. The hot tub is still down which was disappointing and the breakfast was okay. The bed was comfortable."

"We have stayed at several places on the lake and this was perfect for what we needed. 2 king bed bedrooms and a twin bedroom off of one of them, which we didn't use, but is a good set up. The bathrooms and kitchen are well appointed with everything you need and they include drinking water, which is a plus! This cabin is very cute, good use of space, great dock and lakeshore, with power to plug in your boat. The closest boat launch is a couple minutes away in the bay.We lived on the deck when we were actually at the cabin vs the lake, which is wonderful! The owners are fantastic with details and communication. We will be back for sure!"

"Thank you, very spacious.We attended wedding at Giants Ridge and we wanted a place where we couldbe in one place, Although plans changed for some of our family, the place was plenty for just the four of us. Had great jerk dinner at the Whistling Bird."

"Very clean rooms. The breakfast was good. They serve soups from 4 to 6 Sunday thru Thursday. The breakfast crew during the weekend was excellent. They made sure the food didn't run out. The breakfast crew during the week needs people who aren't sitting in the lobby on their phones. Guests shouldn't have to constantly ask for coffee or food."
