First, the rooms were filthy. All three rooms we got. One of them had mildew and a pair of boxers on the floor when we got there. The carpets are straight trash. Also on one of the rooms food was still in the fridge when we got the and then the room was open and couldn’t even close the door. Front lady was nice tho, she was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to help in any way.

Was clean and very nice room.Ac worked great especially with this scolding hot weather.The lady at the front desk was kind and it was a fast and easy checked end as well as check out. 10/10 would stay again.

Good for fishing trip

My family and I stayed here for the price and location. The Staff was friendly, the room, the AC was not blowing too cold even though it was set to maximum. The TV controller had rust and it wasn't working. The morning breakfast, there wasn't too much variety and some fruit flies were around the apple juice area.

The hotel is only a short drive to the beach at Surfside and their are plenty of dining options within a short drive also. As far as the room went the door was hard to open and shut, the in room coffee maker didn't work and we had no maid service for the 3 nights we were there and had to go to the front desk for towels, washcloths, toilet paper and trash bags so we could take out the trash, also the pool parties were until 2 a.m. and very loud!

Its a good budget motel. We have generally always had a good stay. We aren't generally looking for any big amenities. Just a comfortable clean place to stay. It's generally quiet. We usually stay here when visiting Surfside beach.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Graduation trip
The room was on the highway side and was so loud we couldn’t sleep. We had to go get batteries for the remote control and the hair dryer was missing from the bathroom. Found fleas on us so we left a night early even though we had paid 140 dollars for that night. Ended up bringing the fleas home with us.
