"Homegate Inn is an older property and there is some noticeable wear and tear on the exterior. My room appears to have been updated recently with new bedding and furniture. Had a nice tv with tons of channels. Heat and air worked very well. Plenty of hot water. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice desk and chair, tv, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, dresser, large closet. Bath was clean and nice. Check-in was fast and easy. Owner and staff were friendly and attentive. Reelfoot Lake is directly across the street and is a beautiful area. Dining, gas, shopping is closeby, though it is a small town. This was my second stay and I will stay again, I'm sure. "

"The stay was great for us . It was what we needed/ wanted . The dock innthe back is great to sit on. A fire at night in the fire pit is great too. The inside of the house is clean. Slightly dated but that doesn't matter to us. Only suggestion i would say would be.. a full length body mirror. I wanted to check my whole fit a few times but could only see what the bathroom mirror would show and im short . Also i would recommend placing curtains or blinds up over the host personal living area space. It didn't bother us at all but others it may. . Overall great trip ! Would love to come back ! Beautiful lake! "
