"Although this residence had not been notified of guests who had booking’s (due to large renovations), the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all the guest who had arrived were attended to and prepared rooms for guests. As there had been no communication to the Residence regarding guest arrival, all the staff members helped to make sure that rooms were up to standard, bedding was clean, hot water unit’s turned on. Could honestly not fault this place at all and so grateful that the staff were so caring. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable and for all of what you did for us."

"We stayed one night at the end of our trip. Was really impressed with the outside pool area. Lovely view and comfy sun beds. The pool service and the staff are all really lovely too. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was the food menu, only a few items to choose from and 2 of them weren’t available when I stayed. Also they give you a kettle and coffee pods in the room but no coffee making machine??? The TV also had no channels to watch which was a shame as wanted to watch World Cup in my room."

"Great hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which made for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the huge rooms and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!"

"Wow, an incredibly hotel. We stayed in a lovely apartment with 3 balconies, 3! One for each bedroom and one for the kitchenette and living area. Both bedrooms have en suite with bidet and nice showers, toiletries provided and replenished at no extra cost and the staff were lovely. It’s a short 20 or so minute walk to Skanderbeu Square and in the vicinity of where most tour operators will pick you up from, which is also super handy. For Tirana, the street it’s on is actually pretty quiet! Highly recommend, group of 4."
