Perfectly positioned between historic Arrowtown (7 min) and vibrant Queenstown (20 min), just 12 minutes from the airport. This private guest house features quality furnishings, gas fireplace, and underfloor heating throughout.
The master has a king bed and the second room can be made as a twin or king. Luxury base for skiing three mountains, wine touring at nearby Amisfield & exploring Central Otago.
1. Observe and respect the arrival and departure times
2. Tidy away dishes, leaving the kitchen as you find it.
3. Remove footwear inside, and use the coasters provided.
4. Outdoor balconies must be vacated between 10pm and 7am. Disturbances will be taken very seriously.
5. Reservation is strictly limited to the confirmed guests only.
