The Perfect Lake House! Relax and enjoy this cozy, comfortable, and rare find vacation home that has everything you need to enjoy beautiful Lake Havasu. Fantastic pool home on a large lot with plenty of room for boat/RV/car parking plus a covered car port.

Large, private backyard with 2 patios, a BBQ, fire pit & pool for family time and relaxing. Pet friendly!

All the comforts of home - plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Fast, mesh network WIFI. 50" Roku TV in the living room, and a 43" Roku TV in the Master bedroom so log into your streaming apps and stay up on your favorite shows and sports while on vacation.

House and kitchen are stocked with all of the essentials to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including hair dryer and iron/ironing board. House also has family board games, and USB charging ports in each bedroom.

Plenty of sleeping space with 3 bedrooms and the living room. 2 full bathrooms that include showers/tubs. Large backyard is fully fenced so that your pups can enjoy as well

Laundry room contains washer and dryer available for guests to use.

House is located on a quiet street 5 minutes from downtown Main Street & centrally located to all that the city & lake has to offer. Self Check in made easy with keyless entry door locks.

Thanksgiving Get-Away

We had a lovely stay over the Thanksgiving week and we were so happy to be able to have our dog with us. The home was clean and cozy, great location, and the Host was super responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Great time in beautiful Lake Havadu

This beautiful property is very well appointed and decorated. We were right at home with are two small dogs. Loved bird songs in the morning on the back patio!

Fun property and backyard with clean, refreshing pool. Kitchen has some cooking oils, spices, etc. which is a nice touch. Ample pool towels. Comfortable beds. Attention to detail evident and appreciated. Pet friendly!

The Perfect Lake House!

This is the perfect description of this property. The house was clean and comfortable and was enjoyed by all including our dogs! Christmas getaway

We had a lovely stay for Christmas. We were looking for sun and warmer temperatures than Albuquerque. It was a very relaxing vacation. Our host, James, was very communicative and responsive to any questions or issues we had. The pool was cold, but we made a Christmas day polar plunge out of it! We would definitely stay again. The house was perfect for our needs. The house and pool were clean. It was well stocked with all the kitchen tools and bath supplies. The covered carport came in handy with temps hitting 115 and direct sun. One improvement would be a better toaster.

Well appointed home

This property has everything you need and is dog friendly! Convenient to the lake , restaurants and London Bridge. We were here for the Christmas Boat parade and enjoyed the festivities ! We explored the Mojave Preserve on our way here and a day at Joshua Tree (2.5 hours away) It’s a beautiful drive! It was a bit chilly and windy in December 60’s but no snow!! Highly recommend this property .

Relaxing and convenient

We were very happy with the spaciousness of the livingroom and kitchen area. The master bed was very comfortable. I love the little special touch of the duraflame log to burn in thebpit outside. Very relaxing! Myself, my daughter and 4 of my Grands played games and sat outside and enjoyed the fire and talked. I had them over for brunch the next day and used the pans that were provided. All the comforts of home, except for the pans. That was disappointing when there were rusty pans and scratched teflon and no lids to cook hashed brown potatoes and bacon for 6. Everything stuck to the pans and I had to soak all the crispies over night instead of eating them! Plenty of towels and games and blankets. Thank you.
