Welcome to The Oasis on Kirk, a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath Lake Havasu retreat located on the waterside of Highway 95. This home combines comfort, lake views, and unbeatable convenience — just minutes from Windsor launch ramps, the iconic London Bridge, beaches, dining, and Havasu’s year-round events.

The home features an open floor plan designed for easy gathering and relaxed stays. The living room offers a plush sofa and lounge chair, while large windows showcase beautiful lake and mountain views. The fully stocked kitchen makes meals effortless, and the dining area is ideal for connecting over dinner. A commercial-grade ice maker makes it easy to keep coolers filled and drinks cold for long lake days. Step outside to enjoy sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails surrounded by classic desert scenery.

Sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, with smart TVs in three of the rooms. A queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room provides added flexibility for extra guests. Room-darkening shades throughout the entire home and all bedrooms make it easy to sleep in or take mid-day breaks after time on the water.

Wonderful Home with a Beautiful View of the Lake

Very well kept and equipped home in a safe, quiet neighborhood but not too far from many restaurants and convenience stores, walking distance even. We had a few very minor concerns @ check-in which were quickly resolved. Love the hot tub and the outdoor area. The owners even supplied many staples (food) & toiletries. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent property with all the amenities

We spent our family vacation at Sarah and Edward’s VRBO. It was clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities for a week’s vacation needs. The hot tub was a delight! We loved the neighborhood which was conveniently located to the marina and easy drive to the bridge. The house was also perfect for our two dogs. The little touches throughout the home made our stay special. Thank you for one of the best vacation properties we’ve stayed at! We hope to stay again and will tell our friends!

Great Location and Space

Excellent communication with owners / property managers. Very clean place and well stocked kitchen and pantry. Gravel parking area behind unit has plenty of room for a small boat or rv. Our large Sprinter van conversion fit easily. We stayed during a heat wave and the place was nice and cool. Wish it had been cool enough to enjoy the outdoor spaces at night!

Family wedding trip

We were in town for a family wedding and staying here at weekends at Bernie’s made everything just perfect. House was clean, comfortable, and very spacious and there was plenty of parking. We also had a 2year old with us so plenty of room for her to run around. We were also able to bring our dog. Beds were super comfortable and everyone had a great time. 5 stars we will definitely be back!!!
