Comes completely furnished with 2 bedrooms and 3 Rd loft room with twin bed and futon, a large balcony attached to it upstairs. Pool, spa, BBQ, full kitchen, washer/dryer, free WiFi and cable. Nice location, a little outdated.

Great location and Michelle was very responsive with all my questions. The boat parking is street parking and did get a little tight at times. You could tell the beds were well used as well as the towels and washcloths. Overall it was good just needs a little freshening up.

Great Townhome for families

First glance when choosing the property we thought it appeared much closer to the beach/channel. Although it was not it was still a wonderful home and fit exactly what we needed. Close to the marina, Shopping and restaurants,

Great location in the Island

Our condo was very nice and clean. The location is amazing with easy access to boat launches and restaurants. We had great communication with management. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Lake Havasu City.
