The Neighborhood:

Lazy Days sits on a quiet residential street, so you get peaceful evenings and easy sleep — but you're never far from the action. The water is just minutes away, and downtown's restaurants, shops, and local attractions are a short drive from the front door. It's the best of both: a calm home base with everything close by.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around, and free parking is available right at the property. From here it's a quick drive to the waterfront, downtown dining, and shopping. Everything you'll need for your stay is within a few minutes' drive.



Other Things to Note:

This 3,000 sq ft house has been completely remodeled. It is our personal vacation home and was built by my husband who is a contractor. We are happy to share our beautiful home with others. Please treat it as your own and enjoy Lazy Days Havasu.

Bring your family and friends. No parties though.

Would consider a housebroken well trained dog for an extra cleaning fee of $300
