Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take ALL trash out. Take to curb on Wed Unplug the coffee maker Put all towels on the W/D. Please start a load of towels Turn on dishwasher & run garbage disposal. Please return dishes to the cabinets
Turn OFF propane tank on BBQ, Clean grill and cover it. Turn off pool and flood lights Put chaise lounges, BBQ back to where they were found. Put rocks on lounge chair to protect from high winds.
Lock all windows, glass doors, east garage door, Including the 2nd bedroom sliding door Turn off lights, ceiling fans and heaters Turn the A/C to AWAY. Press the AWAY button in bottom left corner.

Great Havasu Getaway

The property was even better in person. Very spacious, great location and a beautiful scenic view of the Lake. Pool and patio area were lovely! I would absolutely book this again!

Great Place

Spent some time out in Havasu watching baseball and enjoying the lake. This house was in a great location for doing both. The pool was excellent to jump in and cool off. Would definitely stay here again.

Just as listed. Pool was amazing and we enjoyed boating in Havasu. The views were beautiful and beds were comfy.

We love the house, this is second time I stayed here and this time pool was not as clean. Overall we like location and the host is very accommodating. They do need to fix locks on patio doors we did struggle with these, but would definitely come back again... thanks for a great place to stay at an affordable price..

Perfect Weekend

Three generations stayed aged 21-80 and we all had an amazing and relaxing time. The pool was fantastic. The home was spotless, definitely one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable and the owners were easy to reach and quick to respond. Only two suggestions; a railing for getting in and out of the pool and some plastic plates, cups etc to make dining near the pool safer. Thank you for your hospitality, we would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Home fully supplied with everything needed

This was our second time staying at this house and we hope to use it more for future stays in Havasu. Very nice layout and the pool is surprisingly cool and refreshing. The house is not only fully furnished but also has everything you need in the kitchen. The owners are very nice and responsive should any needs arise. It would be hard to find a comparable house with all these amenities in this price range.

Wonderful Home with Pool

Absolutely loved Bonnie's home! We stayed for three nights with our three grandchildren and it was perfect for us. The grandchildren wanted to thank Bonnie for having such a nice home and an awesome pool! All the essentials were provided at the house and the house was very clean. There were plenty of beach towels for everyone to use at the pool as well as floaties. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area. Thank you Bonnie for allowing us to stay in your home, which played a huge part in creating wonderful memories of our visit with our grandchildren.

Impressive Home with Beautiful Open floor plan

Beautiful home with a great open floor plan, Large rooms with comfortable beds, and Large Spacious bathrooms. GREAT A/C! This home had everything we needed for our family, BBQ, & Grill, All cooking pans, plates utensils, spices.. etc.. The Pool and backyard patio seating was the place we spent most of our time. We loved the pool was shaded from the house patio cover position that made the pool so much more comfortable. close to Markets (Smiths) ( Alberston's).. and the quainte downtown. A short drive down the street from Body Beach for the locals, Rotary Park & London Bridge. My Family said we want to come back here and would love make it a yearly visit. Thank you
