The home was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool is good size, but not heated, so a swim during the cooler months is probably not gonna happen. The home is also centrally located so its easy to get wherever you want to go. I also appreciate the use of the garage so your car doesn't have to sit in the hot sun. Overall i would definitely recommend this home.

My husband and I took our son and some of his friends to Lake Havasu and rented this house while there. It was clean, more spacious than I expected and close to the lake. The check in was easy and instructions were clear. We had a great time.

Loved having the pool table since the weather wasn’t warm. The master bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that all of the indoor seating was barstool height and that does not work well for the elderly.

this house is affordable and fun

It was a really nice place to stay very quiet all fenced in backyard for the dogs. The pool was a decent size and they had a pool table which was really nice. The only thing that would be better is railing to get in and out of the pool.

Beautiful and affordable

This property was very nice and the pictures are an accurate representation. Nice ambiance and the covered patio with fan was a life saver in the heat. Only downside was very creaky beds that could be a bit more comfy but definitely not a deal breaker. I would book again.

This house was great. Only reason for the 4 stars is that the covered back patio is tile and it’s so slippery because of the pool. Ours kids slipped a couple of times. Laid out some towels which helped a lot. But we all had fun. Space was perfect.

House was in good condition and amenities were good. Pool was not clean but we didn't use it anyway because it wasn't heated. Not a big deal.The freezer in the fridge may have an issue as there was water in the bottom of the drawer that didn't ever seem to freeze and items in it didn't stay completely frozen.

Home away from home

This house was definitely a welcome retreat after a long drive. It was very comfortable in every aspect, clean, and accommodating and we loved the layout with three doors to the backyard. We especially enjoyed the convenience of being able to park in the garage. Check in and check out procedures were simple, not a big list of things to do and worry about. The house is just a short drive to grocery store and 3 dog parks, our must haves. The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. Despite the big pool, the backyard was big enough for our two mini-Aussies to run around.

There were a few minor issues I brought to the homeowner's attention but he responded and took care of them quickly. Also, the central air for some reason didn't cool the master bedroom as well as the rest of the house so made it difficult to sleep but overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The house is also close to the river and bars.

This property is in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet. The photos are very accurate. I give it a 10 star review The only two comments I have to say. Is the pool PH level seemed off and was not very clean, but clean enough for us to cool off in the 115+ temps. Two of the 3 beds could use a mattress replacement. We had a wonderful time
