About this property

Havasu Retreat w/pool and Casita, close to downtown.

  • This fully remodeled house has it's own built in Casita with seperate kitchen, a king and a queen bed, walk in closet, and full bathroom, inside the main house with separate and joint entrances to choose your level of privacy. Each bedroom has it's own full bath, and an extra full bath in the garage so no one has to wait. The expansive yard has a 16'x20' raised deck with amazing lake views. It also has a refinished pool with waterfall for relaxing. Use the huge game room with pool table, foosball, and air hockey table to enjuoy after a day on the lake or riding. Or stay in and enjoy the ground. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and a set of bunk beds. The master is a King bed and futon in an over sized room with walk in closet, large bathroom, and access to the back yard. It is minutes to downtown with tons of restaurants and night life. It sits on a half acre so planety of parking.
