Welcome home to Desert Sky Havasu. Close to all the things. The property is right off the 95 and is 1 min to Windsor/State Park Launch Ramp, 3 min to London Bridge, 1 min to Rusty's Diner and Starbucks, and walking distance to College St Pub. This luxurious, brand new home, is the perfect retreat for your next getaway. As soon as you step inside, you'll be impressed by the 10 ft ceilings and a thoughtfully decorated open layout that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Retreat to your bedroom where each room has a 50” ROKU 4K TV.
Guests are welcome in all areas of the home, with the exception of two locked storage closets located in the primary bedroom and the linen closet.. The garage will also be locked without access.

The backyard has a nice little patio, but is under construction with an open side perfect for additional RV or boat parking.
