Beautiful Lake House Half Mile From London Bridge

  • Newly renovated home near downtown Lake Havasu. Located just 1 mile from London Bridge and a 6 minute drive from the Windsor Beach launch ramp. Minutes from multiple restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and much more! Great place to bring your boat or other toys! This home is recently fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath with quartz countertops in the kitchen as well as bathrooms. There is a walk in shower in the master bath with a large free standing bathtub.

    The backyard is a great place to relax, lay by the pool and enjoy company while grilling and watching the sunset. There is a large side yard for parking in front of the house as well as in the backyard behind an RV gate. There are also full hookups on the side of the house for anyone who has an RV. Guests just need to bring their personal hose for water and plug for electrical to use!
