This home is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Havasu, The Residential Estates. Great location within minutes to the boat ramps and downtown.
This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath plus den/office residential estate home is the perfect place to stay and vacation in the beautiful city of Lake Havasu, home of the famous London Bridge. This spacious open floor plan home has a large kitchen and nook with island and plenty of bar stool for seating. This home is newly furnished with two king beds and two extra long twin beds and each room has it's own TV. It also has a den with a pull out sleeper. Outdoors offers a sparkling pool and spa. The backyard also offers plenty of seating, TV, large BBQ island and bar. The garage is available with 2 car access and larger driveway for all your vehicles to park. There is a camera located above the garage for security purposes. The home is located only a few miles from all the restaurants, bars, lake and hot spots in a very quiet family friendly neighborhood (no partiers allowed).Please Note: Our house keepers are on board with all the necessary CDC guidelines and cleaning practices for your safety and protection.(Heat is additional at $80 per day for the pool-winter only and must be taken care of with property manager at time of booking. Perfect. Beautiful, spacious home. Well appointed. Supplied with absolutely everything needed plus more. TV in each room. Lovely pool and spa,too. We were a party of six seniors and were comfortable with the three lovely bedrooms and two and a half baths.
And Kelli was informative and easy to communicate with. Simply an awesome VRBO Experience.
I’ll surely book this again.
