This fully furnished beautiful home is ready to rent today! Sleeps six comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home features an entry foyer, open family room and dining area, large kitchen with a breakfast bar. The open family room has a flat screen TV, cable, and surround sound speakers. The master bedroom has a king bed with a walk-in closet and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed with flat screen TV and cable. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed also flat screen TV and cable. The 2nd bathroom has a tub shower combo. Waterfall sinks with granite counter tops in both bathrooms. The couch in the living room pulls out to a bed. Laundry room comes with a washer and dryer. The backyard is fully enclosed with an outdoor BBQ island and a fire pit. Pets are welcome but please not smoking allowed in the home. Very large front driveway with plenty of parking and RV parking is also available on the left side with access to a 50AMP hookup if needed.

Please note the garage will not be accessible during the rental of the home.

Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable home in the hills of Lake Havasu City

Our stay in LHC has been beyond amazing! This beautiful house was spacious enough for 6 people to have plenty of room to spread out comfortably . Big, open floor plan and the kitchen is so perfect for those who love to cook! All of the appliances are smart appliances, the beds are all King size beds and all SO comfortable. There’s a TV in every room, and the DVD collection was such a nice touch! My husband and I loved having old school movie nights after spending the evening having margaritas on the patio, hanging out with our fur babies. The backyard is HUGE and very secure for you to let your dogs roam freely. The outdoor grills and island were a nice touch, especially loved spending time at the patio table, looking at the mountains in the distance. You can also see mountains from the front porch table as well, so there’s plenty of beautiful spots to sit and have your coffee in the mornings. The host was always quick to respond. William had the greatest recommendations for the best local spots to hit on our trip. He spared no expense to make our stay the absolute best experience we’ve ever had on VRBO! This house is a steal! Do not hesitate to book, if it becomes available! You won’t be disappointed!

House was very spacious. Freezer didn't work to good and fridge wasn't cleaned properly . Wish check out would be more around Noon-1pm like Most Resorts/Hotel when you ask for late checkout. Just after 3days in the lake it would be nice to sleep in a bit and not rush.But overall it was a great place to stay at with your family . I would definitely Stay here again.
