Strip any used beds and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Close all windows
2. Remove “HOLD” from thermostat. Do NOT turn system OFF.
3. Cover barbeque; move patio furniture under covered area of porch
4. Put patio furniture cushions in hallway closet
5. Close lights and ensure fireplace (if used) is closed & turned off. Please make sure all faucets are turned off
6. Take trash and recycle to the trash collection area
7. Make sure garage is closed
8. Exit through main door and lock using code “XXXX”.
9. Text OWNER once you have left so that the house can be alarmed.
